It has come to our attention when talking to clients that there is a real requirement for short to medium bursts of global telemarketing picking out selected markets. In order to staff and resource this it can be quite problematic as not many companies have lots of multilingual sales executives sat in their offices waiting for jobs to land. Of course staffing for the bigger more permanent telemarketing jobs is much simpler. So, how can we go about offering a service which can be switched on and off around the world. OK, hands up here, at TEMA we can really only do EMEA, South Africa and Australia. However even covering these countries could be a massive benefit for clients. What we decided to do was "recruit" in-country home based telemarketeers who can themselves switch on their service at short notice. We ensure they receive great training and they have all IT tools to hand to get the project completed. We intend to extend this around the world and we think it could be the way forward if for instance you are just entering a market, testing the water or wanting to set up appointments in new geographies. |
